      The amount of working hours.

      Cons

      They don't provide the necessary tools to be successful doing what you're supposed to do. The place works based on the ingenuity of the workers coming up with ways to make broken machine's work for a while.

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Cons

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
