      Not a big risk for losing your job

      The culture is toxic and I do not say this lightly. Manipulation, lying, and rooting for others to fail is common place and is seemingly rewarded by leadership. The CEO makes all the decisions and all other positions of leadership have zero influence. Additionally, working from home is not allowed and they do not seem concerned with the safety of the employees regarding covid protocols or during extreme weather events – such as the EF2 tornado that touched down less than 2 miles from the office last year. Plus, the office environment is not great – the walls are very thin and there is no privacy - the CEO requires that you keep your door open.

      Pros

      Owner making many investments in the business, if things pan out the future could be bright. But as of now there's a lot of work to do.

      Cons

      HORRIFIC senior management, at least of Sofidel America. Europeans with no integrity. They lie to employees and customers, treat employees with complete disrespect, and throw subordinates under the bus as sacrificial lambs for their own failings. Revamp the leadership and maybe there's hope. As of now, heed my words... DO NOT work for these guys.

      Cons

      If you don't "fit in" you get booted. Also, if your not Italian or from another country, you aren't treated well.
