      People here are super nice. Good pay, PTO, 401K plan. In my role, I have the opportunity to communicate with all departments. The company is willing to apply changes for the sake of the employees.

      Better healthcare plan can be provided and some flexibility to work from home.

      Pros

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Cons

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
