      Company believes in work-life balance and will promote you when they see potential. Family owned company so they understand that employees who live abroad need longer vacations to visit home.

      I love working for this company, so I do not see any negative.

      Pros

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Cons

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
