      The Cogen Units are controlled by the bad workers, and the company and Union do nothing to retain good Operators.

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Cons

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
