      Pros

      Working with Sofidel IT has been a positive experience. Very good about work/life balance and understanding of "stuff happens" in life. Happy to work with the team. The company is continually growing as well-meaning many new positions and job security for the business and people working for the business.

      I do not really have many cons, I am satified with the company.

      Pros

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Cons

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
