      Very friendly and welcoming environment. As somebody with very little experience they made sure I was well informed to perform my job function and are very open when it comes to questions I may have.

      Pros

      Friendly, positive environment with everyone more than willing to help when someone has questions. Rotating 12’s schedule so 14-16 days off each month.

      Cons

      Sitting around when machines are down can become long drawn out shifts occasionally.
