Cons
Bait and Switch. Nothing illegal just immoral and heart wrenching. I was great at the easy job but I couldn't really sleep at night? People call in thinking it's about a job but the company makes money off of having these people agree to speak to someone about education. Only work there for a short time if you are going to bother at all. They will use the managers to change the pay structure of everyone else's base and then Alec will change the pay of all his managers and demote multiple people over the course of a month. No real training and they will claim transparency but there isn't ever. They hide things from you, like how and when you will be payed, why they change the pay structure in the middle of your time there, or what your real purpose of being on the phones are. No loyalty to employees. Make friends with higher management fast. Get on Computers as quickly as possibly. "change is the only constant" actually means we are incredibly unorganized and have a CEO who is a micromanager.
