      Pros

      If you are driven and goal oriented you will have a very satisfying and long career at Softchoice. Softchoice has great calture where everyone is treated with repect and everyone is given a chance to grow. Work and life balance is encouraged. Fun events and once an awhile free food. Beer served monthly in most locations.

      Pros

      Challenging and interesting work. The potential is there.

      Cons

      Management does not listen and executives are fed bad information to action on. Director and VP level folks control the narrative and make bad decision after bad decision
