The CEO seems to be a nice person.

Cons

Softdocs failed to meet my expectations, and their performance did not align with my standards. Engineering management overly micromanages the technical aspects, focusing solely on technical matters without considering personnel contributions. Senior management in the Engineering department tends to react rather than proactively manage personnel. The Etrieve application suite is both highly complex and technically outdated. In summary, it appears that the management lacks a clear sense of direction.

Pros: - Software tends to sell itself which is great for building pipeline - Get to work with higher ed and K12 institutions. You feel like you're actually making a difference - The people at the company are genuine and it feels like everyone is rowing in the same direction
