The CEO seems to be a nice person.
Cons
Softdocs failed to meet my expectations, and their performance did not align with my standards. Engineering management overly micromanages the technical aspects, focusing solely on technical matters without considering personnel contributions. Senior management in the Engineering department tends to react rather than proactively manage personnel. The Etrieve application suite is both highly complex and technically outdated. In summary, it appears that the management lacks a clear sense of direction.
