Favouritism. Imagine 10 people in a project for more than 10 years without promotion who are hard working but only for the client and zero contribution to internal projects. Flipside.. joined recently and did few things internally for company and nothing to client and getting promoted again and again.. rewards, recognitions, and everything.. No respect for experience and loyalty and rather mocked for staying so long by senior management specially Practice managers..
