Pros
Interviews are fairly easy and they have lots of opportunities for recent graduates
Cons
No law benefits, They lie about the way your salary is calculated, A raise will not have any impact on any of your benefits, They do quite literal brain-washing sessions on a regular basis, Do not accept critique and blame everyone else but themselves when they fail. As an outsorcing agency, it is in the top 5 worst in Guadalajara, and i suppose in Mexico.
