Pros
-If you are looking for a place to start getting experience, this is the place for you (Trainees, Juniors, Fresh College). -They are really flexible with your work-time (depending on their client). -If your proyect finishes they try to relocate you, they look for their people.
Cons
-Its hard.. really really hard to get a money raise. -Not a lot of growing opportunities since you will be a contractor working for another company, -They tend to be really hard with the mandatory courses, they even demand that you have to sacrifice your personal time to finish them.
