Where to begin? Well, company policies are a joke and hurt more than they help, local management is useless sometimes, they dont have the power in order to be of any assistance, if you have a problem and go to local management all they will say is "I cant do anything, company policy". you have to threaten to leave in order to make them listen to what you have to say. In my opinion they treat you as a cost instead of an asset and dont value what you have to offer. They are always focused on reducing costs even if that means withheld that well deserved raise you worked so hard for based on an excuse. And as expected when confronted they will shield behind "company policy, cant help you".
