Pros
Pretty flexible, you're allowed to work from home for certain projects, it pays well if you're a senior developer, projects with people from the US are pretty cool and interesting (Usually with new Technologies), theres a lot of opportunities to travel to the USA for onsite projects. Also the Health insurance is quite good.
Cons
If you're working for a while in the same project it could get boresome, most of your salary is not paid with the Law benefits, just a small part of your salary, the secondary parking lot in the Monterrey office sucks, is to far from the office and if yoy made it to office late you might not even find a spot there.
