the programmer is totally sold to the client and the client does what he wants with you. there is no protection from softtek. Project managers only serve to assign vacation days and little else. They have no idea about the status of the project and the problems that occur, therefore when something happens the only feedback they have is that of the client, which always leaves the programmer unprotected.
