Pros
Everyone tries to make you feel welcome, like one big family. They treat their employees well, and get them training that will help STG and the employee be successful.
Cons
Due to the nature of the consulting business, it's hard to get to know people working at different clients. STG has many company wide events to try and facilitate this, but it's still hard. Salary appears to be competitive, but just at the mean. Setting the bar a little higher might ensure even more employee satisfaction and retention.
