Pros

* Opportunities to grow and work on your own projects when you are on the bench * Nice to work with clients and be in charge of relationship building * For salary, OT is compensated at an hourly rate or you can bank them for PTO.

Cons

Benefits are lackluster when compared to other companies in the valley * 50% match on 401k up to 6% with a 5 year vesting period. Businesses I have worked with offer a much short vesting period. * Only healthcare plan is an HSA with SelectHealth. * No incentive programs like for green community
