Pros
Get paid straight time over 40 hours a week, so you get paid for every hour you work even though your on salary. Pretty standard benefits package. There is no where better to grow your skills as a engineer, you will be learning things so fast. Also very nice to get to diced how long you want to work on a project and if it's not working you can just jump to a new project. In between project's
Cons
Stingy on pay raises, you have to really negotiate for a fair raise. Recruiters can be slow to respond.
