Every 3 months you are able to get one day of PTO. After 6 months you are eligible for "Earn PTO" acquire up to 3 PTO days Per Managers.(based on 1.Attendance. Three incidents or less within the 4 month period based on the service desk attendance policy. 2. Minimum of 90% QA score and/or no outstanding performance issues. Payday is always one day ahead of time (The issue could have been at the beginning of this company taking over). When they were starting out payday was "Friday" if you consider that late. I never had this issue . Management is great. The S&C lady(Irene) is sweet and approachable. Questions are always answerd dispite how busy she is. Celebrates Stuff! ( They have breakfast/lunches and goodies and for us randomly)!
Cons
Honestly, I can`t think of any cons, having been under bigger agencies with no benefits. S&C Is spoiling in comparison. Health care plans are not great, but health care plans suck regardless...
