      Pros

      I enjoy working at Somatus because it feels like everyone here is driven to help patients with kidney disease. It’s not always easy work and there are rapid changes that cause stress but the team supports each other which makes it ok. We also happen to have an incredible CEO who is passionate about caring for patients. That goes a long way in creating a sustainable mission-driven environment.

      Cons

      It’s been 3 years and the company has been promising to provide a 401k match but still hasn’t done so.

      Pros

      Amazing team, makes you feel like you’re family. Pay is decent. All equipment provided. Flexibility Being able to interact with many people. Benefits are good and not expensive.

      Constant changes are made sometimes feels like there’s not much thought to it.

      Reviewing files and assessing them is really quite a rush.

      Working for a company that puts profit ahead of health outcomes just makes me want to stab myself in the ear.
