Hard to Advance - Operations Manager Somatus Employee Review

Leadership lacking seeing people as people and are quick to disregard important information from teams, because its not the directive they were given from their leaders. Things end up falling behind and having to be redone, that could have been fine from the start, if they would have involved the front line staff and managers in the decision making / changes. Hard to advance- If you are good at what you do, they try to keep you there. If you are not, they will promote you!! Very discouraging.
