      My Ops Manager is amazing.

      Company employee retention is horrible. Upper Management is the problem. HR representative does nothing for the employees who raise concerns.

      Amazing team, makes you feel like you’re family. Pay is decent. All equipment provided. Flexibility Being able to interact with many people. Benefits are good and not expensive.

      Constant changes are made sometimes feels like there’s not much thought to it.
