      Pros

      I like that the position is remote and coworkers are nice

      Cons

      Management loves to micromanage and treat you like number. Expectations are always call more, constantly harassing members. The pay is not enough for the expectations. Not many company holiday, especially day after thanksgiving.

      Amazing team, makes you feel like you’re family. Pay is decent. All equipment provided. Flexibility Being able to interact with many people. Benefits are good and not expensive.

      Constant changes are made sometimes feels like there’s not much thought to it.

      Working for a company that puts profit ahead of health outcomes just makes me want to stab myself in the ear.
