      Work from home, flexible schedule, good pay, benefits are ok, not the best I’ve had.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, goals and priorities shift every week, poor communication between middle and upper management, unrealistic work load, no overtime pay for RNs, but expected to work extra if workload is high.

      Amazing team, makes you feel like you’re family. Pay is decent. All equipment provided. Flexibility Being able to interact with many people. Benefits are good and not expensive.

      Cons

      Constant changes are made sometimes feels like there’s not much thought to it.

      Reviewing files and assessing them is really quite a rush.
