      Absolutely no job security Poor morale Lack of teamwork/effort due to poor morale. No opportunity for growth. Employees are here today and gone in an hour, no warning. Poor pay increases, poor pay. No transparency.

      Amazing team, makes you feel like you’re family. Pay is decent. All equipment provided. Flexibility Being able to interact with many people. Benefits are good and not expensive.

      Constant changes are made sometimes feels like there’s not much thought to it.
