Odd work culture - Anonymous employee Sonic Healthcare Employee Review

Extremely dysfunctional company. Management treats employees as if they are children. Instead of addressing people directly, they hide behind mass emails to everyone. to address an issue with 1 person. The emails are rude and disrespectful. People look depressed all the time. They do not encourage business process improvement suggestions from workers. A lot of redundancy in work and morale is extremely low. Unless you are very desperate just to have any job, keep looking. If you are a friendly/outgoing/positive person by nature, you will not last here. It will suck the life out of you
