Pros
The early shift times. Being able to start work as early as 5 is the best thing they have going! Lol. Seriously. The job/work is easy. Also they didn’t trip if you got to work a bit late as long as you made up the time. There are a couple of cool people with good vibes there, they’d make the time being there ok.
Cons
TERRIBLE work atmosphere, very eerie, and I’ve had some bad jobs, but this is by far the worse! If you’re in extreme need of a job.... Go ahead and apply but be looking for something else during the process. I don’t see how some people that have been there past 2 years could do it! Ugh. Depressing place to be. Management is bad. The way they go about things is crazy. They’ll send out a mass email about someone being too loud with the papers on the desk instead of just addressing that person. Smh. Place is a terribly, eerie quiet. They don’t want you talking. Think they’d prefer robots that sit at the desk and type all day, don’t move stretch or go to the bathroom, nor change the music on their phones. Just crazy weird. Oh and if you’re caught not typing and changing music on your phones they start to watch you like a hawk. Smh. The first two weeks could see why the turnover rate is so high. Was there for about 5 months and kid you not there was interviews every other week! Crazy work expectations/load. They prefer quantity over quality. (a first I’ve experienced dealing with claims) You have to submit 725-750 reqs a day! You’re given the first 3 months to hit 600 if you don’t hit that you’re terminated and sometimes they may give you an extension and at the end of that extension if you’re not submitting the 750, you’re let go. Oh and that doesn't include the many days where there may be no work in the bin you’re assigned to...they figure you should still hit high numbers. While the job itself is easy, just keying in demographics. The atmosphere, management, and submitted req expectations make this job terrible. The $15/hr ain’t worth the BS.
