Cons
I had high hopes when I first joined but it was pretty clear early on that the company is just running on sheer dumb luck. There are no actual business-minded people in leadership positions, just physicians and people that don’t seem to have actual leadership experience or traits. There are absolutely no process in place and poor communication between departments. There is no transparency either. They say they’re patient and health-focused, yet how they handled their own staff for the COVID-19 situation was laughable. They wouldn’t let us work from home even though the mayor had already ordered it. It felt so hypocritical that they were completely willing to put employees at risk during a health crisis. Then not even two weeks later they furloughed and laid off employees. I’m sure the executive team took minor pay cuts but at least they’re still working. Overall, I’d avoid working here at all costs.
