No organization, they do not have a way to train you, you just start to work without any care and I think that this can affect patience seriously because maybe they need their result for emergency and no body tell you how to do it or some process. It will be nice have face mask in the department and no bring my own one, the manager have but we are adults is weird that in a health care place we do not have mask, I worked in other places far away to health care and they gave us mask everyday. If you want to learn this is a good place if you have experience, look in a better place
