Pros
They have loads of money, however spend it foolishly.
Cons
Boy where is start: They are a company stuck in the 90's, with the processes and policies. They require all IT people to wear slacks and dress shirt, if you are luck maybe nice jeans and shirt on Friday. Certainly no IT casual dress. The equipment is marginal, the developers get laptops with the same specs as sales and secretaries, under powered and no drive space. The current IT Director is a micro manager, with a new restrictive policy ever week or two. And forget working remotely, if sick take a PTO day. There are few developers for the work that needs to be done, and they continually talk about replacing the current apps with some old antiquated language. So if you are looking for a job from the 90's with micro management and bosses who care more about their bonuses, then this place is for you.
