Pros
Use to be a great company to work for. Good cultural background as Sony founders Masaru Ibuka and Akio Morita, strove “to build a company whose employees gained satisfaction and pleasure from their work and to create a fun, dynamic workplace.
Cons
Became a franchise boutique. To many chiefs and not to many Indians.Management totally disconnected from reality.All play politics of "protect my chair". Nothing new in horizon.They live on old merits when SONY use to be number one. Management only way to reduce expenses and achieve their budget number is to reduce working position.
