Don't believe the plant review that will instantly post right after this review. New CFO wanted more in office days. Shift to stricter RTTO from 2 days to 3 days has negatively affected morale. Most of us sit on remote teams calls- the push for more in office days due to "requested collaboration from employees" is a lie, no one believes that. New hires not happy with increased in office days after being hired under previous RTTO arrangement. Being monitored through badge swipes Higher workloads post-layoffs with insufficient resources and extremely challenging KPI's Leadership focuses heavily on employee surveys without acting on results Disconnect between “best place to work” messaging and day-to-day reality Be Heard surveys closed out day before RTTO mandate was laughable

Great work-life balance perks Competitive benefits Culture focused on inclusion and diversity initiatives

Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
