As a big company, plenty of opportunities to learn and the company is willing to give junior staff opportunities.People are generally nice and you can learn from some brilliant people in the company. Steep learning curve, data-driven decision-making.
Cons
Long hours, heavy workloads and resistance to change. Management is focused on business outcomes, but not on systems and processes, even though these support business results. Junior staff are doing manual work instead of working on strategic projects. Career development depends on whether your boss is willing to give you opportunities, not embedded within the company culture. Short timelines are the norm to fulfill unreasonable requests from HQ.
