Occasional peaks in working hour demands are common and often unavoidable in our business. Time and again we face the need to put in extra hours to meet deadlines and submit deliverables on-time, but these peaks should not be the norm. There is a conscious effort from management to reinforce the importance of creating a well-balanced work-life environment.
