Benefits are decent. The building is conveniently located next to the San Jose airport.
Cons
Rank/file employee turnover at this business unit is incredibly high. Specifically, turnover is at least 4-5 times higher than most Silicon Valley companies. As a result, this business unit is "always hiring." In contrast, no one in senior management has left this business unit in the past 10 years. HR is aware of some (but probably not all) of the problems that exist in this business unit. However, unlike an American company, HR is powerless to do anything.
