      Very established company that takes "process" seriously. At all levels they strive for quality and adapt the latest trends in most efficient and productive management. Obviously, a well-recognized name and looks good on the resume

      Cons

      It is a big corporation, finding a place for yourself where you can be a significant contributor is up to you

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
