Pros

-Modern clean building in San Diego (Building 1). -Able to learn new skills and tools (if you continuously ask), collaborate with people worldwide.

Cons

-Cutthroat management, instead of finding solutions to the problem. Middle management can be hostile towards the people doing the brunt of the work. -Politics that require so many 'meetings' with ideas and products eventually getting cut. -Favoritism, cronyism rampant. -It appears that a large portion of the software side of the company are contractors and not full time employees. Why not just pay your employees the benefits and hire them? -A feeling that your job can be potentially outsourced at anytime in Japan or China.

Cons

Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
