Middle management can be hostile towards the people doing the brunt of the work. -Politics that require so many 'meetings' with ideas and products eventually getting cut. -Favoritism, cronyism rampant. -It appears that a large portion of the software side of the company are contractors and not full time employees. Why not just pay your employees the benefits and hire them? -A feeling that your job can be potentially outsourced at anytime in Japan or China.
