Pros
Worked on some of the greatest products when they launched. Met some really great people along the way, that I am still in contact with -both professionally and personally.
Cons
Not very promising for female career path if you are looking for growth and leadership potential. Sr. management is detached from day to day, and spend a lot of time managing approval from Japan. Go to market strategy is slow; despite all attempts at creating acronyms for speed. Overall vision is blurred as it is done by committee, and the committee is looking in the rear view mirror.
