Not too much to mention here. Maybe one can say that SONY is generous when lets people go and happily pays sizeable amounts...
Cons
The Japanese and anglo-saxon corporate culture was never reconciled in this company. Initiatives usually come from "western thinking" but Japanese power sets out the framework in which anything/something can be done at all. Extremely a power culture, although it makes a huge effort not to look like one.
