      Pros

      Very positive, great working culture, can be hectic especially in the dept I am working in. Training is great, great mentors etc. Really looking forward to a lifelong career here

      Cons

      Work life balance can be off during peak period which can be most of the time. Common with most companies, there's always politics and bureaucracy

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
