      Excellent products and reputation in the marketplace. A wide range of products that most people know about.

      Cons

      Huge financial woes and severe cutbacks. Lack of currently innovative products and lack of marketing support to launch those products where can be considered innovative. Lack of leadership and vision for the future from middle to upper management.

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
