Outdated management hierarchy filled by executives with personal motivations destructive to the overall organization. No set path for career advancement or development; promotions based on personal preferences rather than professional performance. Lack of work-life balance with most employees Disparity of salaries across comparable jobs and responsibility levels Backbiting that's tolerated or even encouraged
