Pros
Very nice compensation packages and product discounts were one of the main draws to the organization. Experience working with different departments help cultivate togetherness.
Cons
Different management styles were causing friction among everyone in the department caused decline of morale. Favoritism was a main issue that was brought up to senior management and they just continued the course.
