Flexible work environment, dedicated and loyal workforce, excellent amenities. Opportunity to work with cool products that you use personally. Brand recognition.
Cons
Years of layoffs due to declining sales have reduced this company to a shell of what it once was. Sony is desperately trying to gain market share, but their efforts do not seem to be working; therefore, this company is not able to offer long term job security. Budgets are tight, very little opportunity for career growth or dollars spent for development.
