great benefits, flexible work and support to get work done depending on role. LOTS of 'Days Off' (37 before the 1st unscheduled unlimited PTO day is taken)
Cons
LOTS of 'Days Off' as a cover for gap in ability to be competitive in TC. No RSU's, No discounted ESPP Bonus for corporate roles tied to total company perforce with no individual metrics or incentives (could be a pro if you are lazy) Growth Opportunities are limited, as there is a culture of not firing people and senior positions remain in place for a long time
