Sony Electronics is an advocate for Work Life Balance. We are provided Free Fridays to relax. Catch up on emails, take in a sit-com, have pizza nite for lunch. However you'd like to spend it, it's yours. Also, Sony provides services to balance family. My family is my elderly mother. With Bright Horizons, I am able to schedule an aide to help her while I take a quick vaca with my husband. BH is a blessing. Last, but not least Virgin Pulse.
