      Highly innovative company with new challenges every day. Get chance to work with some of highly talented engineers. Work with future technology.

      Cons

      Mostly research oriented work. Very slow decision making process. Communication with Japanese team will be little challenging. Sometimes it is frustrating to see your project not getting released due to management decision.

      Pay is at market at best Moving away from hybrid work model to onsite model Currently in transition to merge with TCL. Beware of layoffs Processes are bureaucratic- difficult to take swift action Work model is fairly flat, leaving few opportunities for upward career growth
