Decent office and impressive legacy catalogue of music

Literally everything else All the good artists have left the label People, leadership, HR are all equally incompetent and political. Several lies and mistruths were told to employees about career and company progression that never materialized Benefits, pay is below industry standard, zero perks Company revenue is on a permanent decline It does not get better here, only worse.

- Most people around you are happy to work in this industry - Work is mostly low stress

Cons

- Very poor salaries - Slow/Non-existent career growth - Stay away if it is a temp posting, they'll tell you have the opportunity to get full time eventually but just keep renewing your contract for years so you never get benefits - Frequent layoffs
